This Friday, Shane and I attended the grand opening party to Edition Hotel. If you haven't been yet, it's an absolute, ABSOLUTE must. Hawaii's first high-end, contemporary "boutique" hotel with a truly LA/New York/Miami vibe. We mingled on the pool deck with the likes of Christina Aguilera, Vanessa Hudgens, Whitney Port and Kevin Dilon, to brag about a few! Well, actually they were there, but I only saw crowds of people and flashing lights from a far. That proximity is gloat worthy enough for me, though! Hehehe.
I debated bringing my "good" camera, but regretfully decided against it. Every aspect of the Edition is master piece of contemporary, elite life style. I wanted to photo everything! Even the bathroom! So you can go
here to check out a few pix instead. Everything is so chic, you can't help but to feel like you're a VIP or a celebrity when you arrive. And I'm not being pretentious, snobby or stuck up. Just go there, you'll see what I mean.

ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and I must say I love your style! I wish I had found it earlier cause I just got back from Hawaii a few days ago and it would've been nice to check out a few of the places/food you mentioned!
Anyways, not sure if you check comments on old posts but just wanted to say don't fret about your Loubs! I did the same thing to mine last year and took it to Minuit Moins 7 (I was in Paris luckily at the time), the official shoe repair place of CL. They replaced the whole heel for me for I think only about 30 euros and they look perfect! I live in Canada and they told me that I can also post my shoes to them if they need to repaired in the future. If you can bear to be away from your Loubs for that long then I'd say it's totally worth it!
